SMaSH beer brewed with Maris Otter and loads of whole leaf Citra hops. Easy drinking with a unique finish. Some say citrus, I say slightly hoppy. Either way it's time to play ball... and this rookie is definitely trying to make the team with a hop forward pitch that is up and in!

The Citra and Mosaic hops bring this IPA together with just a small kick of hops.

Giving a nod to Major Abbott with the name.  Look him up, he is part of our Kansas History, and settled in De Soto.

We brewed this beer in honor of Rölf, our firefighting buddy from Erfurt Germany. This dunkel is as smooth as Rölf thinks he is, with an awesome finish that will leave you wanting more!!  Prost! Mein Bruder!!!
