Not your everyday Scottish ale, this one is really smooth and doesn’t hit you with a heavy, hard flavor, as many do. This beer is named for my Brother-in-law who is an artist located here in Fort Scott. He asked me to brew a Scottish ale one day and this recipe ended up being his favorite.
